Learn the Middle Eastern art of belly dancing! Classes in cabaret and folkloric forms of Middle Eastern dance are offered at multiple locations in the St. Louis area. In our classes we strive to educate students about this ancient women's dance while providing fun and exercise. Flexibility, coordination and stamina are improved through the practice of this dance and its rhythms.
